Dylan Hoeksema Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dylan Hoeksema (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on July 5, 2021, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncle Bill Hoeksema. He is survived by: his spouse Mel; his son Oliver; his parents, Arnold Hoeksema and Karen Hoeksema; his siblings, Ryan, Shayne and Kyle (Ana); his grandparents, Wiecher, Anne Hoeksema, Ross, Sharron Morris and Rita Lemieux; his mother-in-law Helene Jones; his brother-in-law Adam; and his friends, Audrey and Eric Jordan. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles, cousins, extended family.

In keeping with Provincial COVID regulations capacity is limited within in the funeral home and social distancing must be maintained while waiting to enter the building.
