She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Charles Hornyak; her parents, Frank Barta and Margaret Barta; and her father-in-law John Steven. She is survived by: her sister Frances (David); her mother-in-law Betty L Hornyak; her siblings-in-law, Patrick, David (Dawnetta), Barbara (Frank) and Tom (Marien); her friend Kathy Wentzell (Lise Cosentino); and also Kelly.
