Diamante Paonessa Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diamante Paonessa (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on February 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luigi Mussari and Maria Mussari; and her siblings, Angela (Salvatore) and Saverio. She is survived by: her children, Angela Breton, Luigi 'Lou' (Lori), Salvatore and Maria (Morgan Gerbrandt); and her siblings, Tommaso Mussari (Tina), Maria (Ralph Benincasa), Veneranda Mussari, Antonio (Armina Mussari), Grace (Luigi Paonessa) and Joseph (Mary Mussari). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
Due to the COVID – 19 restrictions and the limitation on receiving guest in person, a Private family funeral service will be held at PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME, 905-892-1699.
If so desired, in lieu of flowers, donations in Diamante's memory can be made to the Community Living St. Catharines, Arthritis Society or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
