She is survived by: her husband Tim; her children, Kristin McDougall (Kevin), Heather Wilson (Jason) and Jeff Schram (Rocio); her grandchildren, Taylor (Chris), Kaitlyn (Dillon) and Dylan (Hannah); her brother Brent Wilson (Julie); her siblings-in-law, Susan Schram, Mark Schram, Rick Schram (Jenny) and Jerry McCaffery; and her pet Rufus.

In memory of Debbie, memorial donations may be made to the Niagara Falls General Hospital.
