He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Christopher (Sarah), Alicja (Paul) and Pamela (Nathan); his great grandchildren, Amara and Marcy; his siblings, Randy (Kim) and Barbara (Joe); his close friend Rob; his fishing buddy Tyler; his pet Maggie; and his caregivers, Jocelyne, Kim, Dr. Dooler and Dr. Manser.

In lieu of flowers, donations to OFAH Fish and Wildlife Fund of Ontario, will be appreciated by his family.
