He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Theadora; and his brothers, Peter, Fred and Johnny.
He is survived by: his wife Emily; his children, Laurie Katch (Terry), Barbara Fournier (Mario), Marie Gurnick (John) and Christopher Vloet Jr. (Jill); his grandchildren, Joseph, Daniel, Jack, Nicholas, Alyssa, Tara, Christopher and Chase; his stepgrandsons, Damien and Trent Reece; his great grandchild Emilie; and his siblings, Joe, Johanna, Mary, Thea, Willy, Marty and Theresia.
Due to current Covid restrictions, private family arrangements have been entrusted to PLEASANTVIEW FUNERAL HOME (2000 Merrittville Hwy at the corner of Hwy 20) 905-892-1699.
