He was predeceased by: his parents, Eric and Leonora; and his brother Duain. He is survived by: his wife Mabel; his son Shawn; his grandchildren, Dylan and Kelsey; his brother Kevin; his parents-in-law, Bob Deakin (Debbie), Mel Deakin (Mary), Sharon Secord (Frank), Marg McKenney (Brent), Keith Deakin (Lynn), Chuck Deakin (Betty) and Pat Martin (Bruce); and also Liz Riddle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
