He is survived by: his significant other Diane Watson; his children, Bryan Urquhart (Lorraine), Laurie Estby (Brian), Susan Crutchlow (Rick) and Heather Davidson (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Carrie Iafrate (Mark), Jennifer Hallett (Carey), Patricia Iafrate-Wellman (Tom), William Urquhart (Carol), Joe Urquhart (Rachel), Dan Urquhart (Stacey), Greg Davidson, Steven Davidson (Cheryl), Richard Davidson (Caylea) and Sean Currie (Nora).
Born October 26, 1938, Bill was a respected and valued businessman, making significant contributions to economic development and infrastructure in St.Catharines.
