She was predeceased by: her husband Harold; her grandson Michael Moskalyk; her great grandchild Kayden Adams; her parents, Ethel Hornibrook and Harold Hornibrook; her siblings, Orville (Isabelle), Bertha O'Dell (Ed), Hazel Bilodeau (Earl), Keith (Donna), Margaret Pyle (Ron), Greta Yemm (Art) and Norma; and her cousin Francis Docker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Moskalyk (late Gary), Patricia Galbraith (John Adams), Elizabeth Glanfield (Brett) and Dawn Gellert (Thomas); her grandchildren, Stephanie Faris (Craig), Julie Adams, Alexis Adams, Eric Gellert (Erin Pidgeon), Ashley Gellert, Dustin Adams, Brooks Adams, Jennifer Minderlein (Jason), Chantelle Gellert, Christine Glanfield (Tom Grieve) and Alexander Gellert (Sophia Fazari); her great grandchildren, Cody Theisen-Adams, Chris Faris, Tyler Faris, Devon Adams, Emmett Faris, Mckenzie Gellert, Claire Minderlein and Charlotte Grieve; her sister-in-law Joan Galbraith; and her caregiver Rajpreet Kaur. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers, to the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
