With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Aurel Joseph Barrette (Thorold, Ontario), who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Diane; his siblings, Leo (Rolande), Noëlla (late Fern) and Marie-Jeanne (Edouard); and his sibling-in-law Ernie (Marielle).
He is survived by: his wife Fernande "Fern"; his children, Louise, Rick (late Lise) and Lisa (John); his siblings, Wilda (late Lucien), Irene (Hans) and Francoise (late Maurice); and his siblings-in-law, Diane (Bert), Claire (Colin), Paul (Mary), Loraine and Roland (Marie-Andrée). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Memorial donations may be made to Crohn's and Colitis Canada or a charity of one's choice.
