She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Serianni and Rosa Serianni. She is survived by: her spouse Sabino; her children, Jack (Lucy) and Rosa Cosentino (Rob); her grandchildren, Jacob, Jenna and Josh; her sister-in-law Georgina Serianni (late Frank); and her nephew Joe.

Memorial donations in Adelina's name to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Welland Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
