She was predeceased by: her husband Ted Mendyk; her parents, Alice Birchard and James Birchard; and her sister Pat Potter. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Abbott (Bill), Steve Mendyk (Victoria) and Peter Mendyk; her brother Ted Birchard; and her pet Snoopy.
