I went through a tough time with my separation and she was the only member of the congregation that recognized my extreme weight loss, and asked me about my health. After hearing my difficult situation, after the following Sunday's mass, Muriel pulled out a small bag of groceries, with clear instructions to take care of myself and be healthier. She was an incredible friend. I will sadly miss her. From Nigel Phillips”
