He was predeceased by: his former wife Eva; his wife Leila Luttinen; his son Christopher Kruyf; and his sister Dien van of Kwast. He is survived by: his children, Sherrie Fournier (Karl) and Rick (Rachel); his grandchildren, Britta, Ashley, Teo, Mackenzie and Gracie; and his great grandchildren, Sören and Malaika.
