She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne and John Sr. (Fabok); and her brother John (Fabok). She is survived by: her children, Jennifer (Jason), Jillian and Geoffrey (Anne-Marie); and her grandchildren, Zachary, Emma, Nicholas, Julia, Lauren, Olivia, Emily and Connor. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Carol courageously fought Parkinson's and LBD for the final years of her beautiful life.
