He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Trudy (Gertrude); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Andrew and Trudy; his stepson Jonathan; his brother Mark (Martine); and his nephews, David and Alan. He is also survived by his children and extended family and dear friends.
