He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Martha Laskaris; his parents, Paul Sandig and Jackie Sandig; his siblings, Martin (Jody) and Nicole Grootveld-Sandig (Reint); his sisters-in-law, Stella Laskaris, Betty Laskaris and Kathy Laskaris (Ilias Homsi); and his nieces and nephews, Hailey, Alyssa, Ryan, Stella, Jasper, Michael, Nicholas, Christopher and Matthew Sandig. He was also cherished by many extended family and friends.
