He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Allen; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his children, David, Melissa, John and Holly; his grandchildren, Nolan, Logan and Cohen; his father John Allen; and his siblings, Rosemarie, Steve, Doug, Kimberley and Johnna.
