She is survived by: her spouse Nicholas Smith; her children, Sarka Walsh (Sherman J.) and Ludmila Jackson (Barrie); her grandchildren, Jessica, Johnathan (Emma), Mathew, David, Catherine, Addicus, Alessandro (Alyssa) and Daniel (Karli); her sibling Jaroslav Rancak (Judy); her niece Agnes Millman; and her nephew Danny Palko.
