Richard Albert Burns Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Albert Burns (Thessalon, Ontario), who passed away on February 26, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Burns and Mary Burns; and his siblings, Alice Schuler (late Ernie), Margaret Featherstone (late Don), Anne-Marie Marshall (late Lester), Louie Burns (late Anna), Bob Burns (Fran) and Pat Burns (Pam).
He is survived by: his children, Darla-Jean, Carey, Boyce (Karen), Andre, James and Arlene; and his siblings, Irene Lanigan (late Mike), Lynn Berlinguette (late Maurice), Dianne Burns, Dan (Vickie) and Michael (JoAnne). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (286 Water St, Thessalon, ON P0R1L0).
Donations in memory of Albert can be made to St. Ambrose Catholic Church towards the lift or a charity of your choice.
