He was predeceased by: his wife Edna Mae Wright; and his children, Michael and Linda Sue. He is survived by: his children, Donald (Mary) of Huntsville, Nancy East (Tony Ward) of Thessalon, Anthony (Frances) of Milton and Sandra Dickson (Peter) of Mount Albert, Ontario.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
