He was predeceased by: his parent William Osborne; and his sibling Janet Smith (late Clifford). He is survived by: his child Brent (Cathy Ballantyne) of Parry Sound; his parent Christina Osborne; and his siblings, Frances Hurley (Burt) of Sault Ste, Angus Osborne (late Doris), Margaret Martineau (late Garnet) and Charles Osborne (late Gennie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
