He was predeceased by: his parents, John Miller and Barbara Miller; and his sister Martine Miller. He is survived by: his children, Shannon, Tara and Matthew; his grandchildren, Rozalyn, Zachary, Brandon, Emma, Cheyenne and Lily; his great grandchild Jonathon; and his caregivers, Amy and Jessica.
