He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander and Ruby; his brother Doug; and his sister-in-law Barbara (Wing). He is survived by: his wife Rose; his children, Melisa Campbell (Terry), Deborah and Trevor (Brian); his siblings, Keith and Terry (Vivian); and his siblings-in-law, Anne Young (Ed), Calvin Hare (Velma), Darlene Ferguson (Bruce) and Lorna Bolger (Bob). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, cousins, campground friends and coworkers.

The family greatly appreciates donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
