He was predeceased by: his stepson Bryce Labree; his parents, Jake Allison and Eva Allison (Morgan); and his sister Marlene. He is survived by: his close friend Sylvia Laberee; his children, Debra Allison Stewart (Brian) and James Allison (Sharon); his grandchildren, Jacob, Eva-Marie and Nolan; his stepson Darren Laberee (Megan); his stepgrandchildren, Emily, Charlotte, Mark, Ashton and Nathan; his granddaughter Aubree; and his brother Edward Allison.
