Balmer; her children, Wayne, Carol Ann Balmer, Gary, Pat Balmer, Keith and Nancy Balmer; her grandchildren, Pam Ross (Steve), Paula Mamak (Jazz), Penny Hill, Sally Reaume (Dwayne), Michelle Garrah (Jeff), Katie Balmer (Patrick DeLottinville), Margaret Ann Jones (Rick Sowinski) and Danny Harrison (Kaillee); her great grandchildren, Mitchell Ross (Reece), Hannah Ross, Lauren Ross, Connor Ross, Jordyn Garrah, Noah Garrah, Grace Reaume, Nikolas Mamak, Lily Mamak, Quinn Hill, Blair Hill, Isabelle DeLottinville, Stephanie Martin (Dustin), Paul Jones, Spencer Alexander, MacKenzie Harrison and Brady Harrison; her great great grandchild Braylee Jones-Noah; and her sister Lillie Forshee.
