She was predeceased by: her parents, David Benjamin and Grace Benjamin; and her siblings, Wesley Benjamin (Judy) and Betty McNeil (Keith). She is survived by: her husband James Wesley Welch; her grandchildren, Matthew (Amanda), Tyler (Allison), Hailey (Miguel), Denzel, Alyia, Faith, Amber (Shawn), Adam, Seth and Madelyn; her great grandchildren, DJ, Ruth, August, Penn, William and Andrew; and her sister Elsie Howes (late Arnold). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
