He was predeceased by: his parents, Henri Covemaeker and Marcella Covemaeker (Debel); his brothers-in-law, Chuck DeKeyser and Robert Levesque; and also, Felix and Agnes Coene.
He is survived by: his significant other Paula (Coene); his children, Catherine Harris, Henri Covemaeker (Lisa) and Jerry Covemaeker (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Alec and Xander Harris; his children, Amanda (Randy Crombey), Carter Covemaeker, Lauren, Noah and Hayden Covemaeker; his great grandchild Riggs Crombey; his siblings, Albert Covemaeker (Mary), Louise Verhoeven (Jim) and Josie Mezenberg (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Willie Coene (Marnie), Rose Coene (Rick), Lena DeKeyser and Magda Levesque. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers and as expressions of sympathy, donations to Four Counties Health Services Foundation, Friends of the Bothwell Catholic Cemetery, or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
