He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelley and Margaret Kelley (Burnett); his siblings, Beatrice Baverstock, Alva Hawgood and Leonard "Pete" Kelley; and his brothers-in-law, Howard Baverstock, Bill Bear, Leslie Hawgood, Calvin Malott, John Coll, Don Graham, Doug Laing and Earl Laing.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Kelley (Laing); his children, Marylyn Kelley, Lisa Rishaur (Joe) and Mark Hawley; his grandchildren, Jaimee Rishaur, Ashylyn Hawley, Devyn Stephens and Garret Greenwood; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Kelley, Betty Coll, Karen Malott, Irene Graham, Valerie Clunis, Marion Laing and Bill Laing. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
