He is survived by: his parent Cleada Elliott (Spencer); his spouse Luella Elliott (Knapp); his children, Richard (Bobbi Jo), Ronald (Melissa), Ross Elliott (Angie), Evelyn James (Brad) and Wendy Wallington (Wayne); his grandchildren, Mac, Garrett, Shane, Beth Anne, Wade Elliott, Marty Elliott, Danette Metivier and Crystal James; his siblings, Marjorie Pike and Doreen Pitel; and his siblings-in-law, Leta Elliott, Betty Elliott, Bill Knapp (Nancy) and Irene Williams (Ralph).
