He is survived by: his spouse Viv Hetherington (Archer); his children, Kim McPhail (Scott), Fraser Hetherington and Greg Hetherington (Kelly); his grandchildren, Scott (Ashley), Kent, Shane, Kurt, Shauna, Madison, Ben, Grace and Maxx; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Blake and Austin.
