She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Secord and Clara Secord (Emerson); her husband Maurice Long; her son Richard Long; and her brother Jack Secord.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Baynham (Wayne) of Port Dover and Ron Long (Kirsten); and her siblings, Agnes Gosnell of Dutton and Bill Secord (Carol). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
