She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Ruegg and Iva Ruegg (Sumerville); her close friend Sid Tripp; and her son Frankie Katool. She is survived by: her children, Katherine Haugh (Luc) and Patrick Katool (late Janice); her grandchildren, Courtney Bilton (Andrew), Brooke Moffatt, Victoria Veiledal (Jesse) and Nathan Katool; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Charlotte, Max, Leah and Nolan; and her siblings, Audrey Kayfish, Irene Burdon-Murphy, Ruth Campbell, Bill Ruegg (Genevra) and David Bauer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Thamesville Sertoma Club (104 Railroad St, Tupperville, ON N0P2K0).
