He was predeceased by: his parent Ray Hawkins; his wife Nancy (Hazlett); and his sister-in-law Martha Hawkins. He is survived by: his parent Elsie May Hawkins (Brotherton); his children, Jim Hawkins (Debbie) of Thamesville and Jeff Hawkins of Gorrie; his stepchildren, Deb McLachlin (John) of Thamesville and Mike Maure (Debbie) of Barrie; his great grandchild Raleigh McLachlin; and his siblings, Cecil Tennessee (Nellie) of Chatham and Lynda Homeniuk (Bob) of Chatham.
Donations in memory of Blake to the Canadian Cancer Society for Chatham-Kent or the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
