He was predeceased by: his spouse Jean Vandaele; and his sister Rosette Steven (Floyd). He is survived by: his sons, Wayne (Kerry), Ronald and Brian (Jackie); his grandchildren, Sara Hurley (Stephen), Shauna Vandaele, Erin Vandaele, Andrew Vandaele, Quinton Vandaele, Hailey Vandaele and Zachary Vandaele; his great grandchildren, Lena, Evelyn and Violett; his siblings, Jeanette Verbeke (late Roger) and Lizzette Vanhaelemeesch (late Jules); and his siblings-in-law, Frances Prouse (Jack), Anna Litchfield (late George), Donna Douglas (Richard) and Donald McKellar (late Margaret). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
