Ronald George Calhoun Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 7, 2020, Ronald George Calhoun (Thamesford, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Crawford Calhoun and Louise Calhoun of Byron, ON.; his siblings, Fred (late Jo) and Jean (Elgin Fowler); and his brothers-in-law, Leo Wentzell (Alma) and James Wentzell (late Dorothy).
He is survived by: his wife Marie Frances Calhoun; his children, Lynn Calhoun, Larry Calhoun (Bonnie) and Lori Lee (Ken); his great grandchildren, Emma Calhoun, Joshua Vording, Morgan Vording, Spencer Calhoun, Eloise Mead and Georgia Ronnie Mead; and his siblings, Bob (late Marie), James (late Grace) and Ruth Anne. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Ron was a tireless community volunteer for numerous National causes: Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Association, ALS Society of Canada, Foundation for Gene and Cell Therapy, Canadian Mental Health Association, Prostate Cancer Society.
