He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Letkeman and Maria Letkeman; his siblings, John, Peter and Margaret; his children, Peter and Lisa; and his granddaughter Amy Willson.

He is survived by: his children, Jacob (Jennie), Mary Dygos, Sue Cooper (Kyle), Henry (Sonya), Abe (Georgie), Tina Willson (Richard) and Martha Shupe (Brian); his sister Helen Klassen; his nephew Jacob; and his close friends, Bob, Ruth Nancekivell, Caroline Wuoirinen and Bukki Alabi. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren.
