He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeannette Belanger and Leger Belanger (Kirkland Lake); his wife Marjorie Ann Belanger; and his siblings, Therese, Cecile and Jules.

He is survived by: his brother Ronald Belanger (Sandra); and his children, Joel (Janice), Roch (Kierra), Pierre (Renate), Poppy, Danika, Rachel, Nicole, Pierce, Alek, Porter, Keegan and Liam. He is also survived by father to his sons and a Poppy to his grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Gerry to the Alzheimer's society would be appreciated.
