He was predeceased by: his sister Doris Badman of England; and his stepchildren, Suzanne O'Leary, Roma Poirier and David Poirier. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Phillips (Parker-Thacker); his children, Julian of Victoria, B. C., Corinne Phillips of Victoria, B. C., Amanda of Victoria, B. C. and Dave Dodgshon of Victoria, B. C.; his stepchildren, Jane Anne, Jason Ireland of Estevan, SK, Lysa and Jamie Capen of Florida; and his siblings, Brian Phillips of England and Marion Jeffery of England. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 from 10:00 to 11:00 a. m. You do not have to register for visitation, but masks must be worn and social distancing observed.
