He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hayward and Marguerite Hayward; his brother Jim; his brother-in-law Greg; and also Ken.
He is survived by: his spouse Barbara; his children, Donald William, David Dale (Allan McCallum), Beth Kay, Michael Andrew, Kelly Kathleen and Shelly Ann; his great grandchildren, Caden and Auden; and his siblings, Debbie Yates (John), Becky Richards, Kathy Hayward and Ruth Hayward. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins, extended family and friends.
