He was predeceased by: his parent Franklin Wilfred McKay; his significant other Ruth Savich; his sister Berniece Wilhelm; his brother-in-law Carl Wilhelm; his sister Anna Beryl (Willis Bean); his brothers-in-law, John Rutherford and Tom Stuart; and also, Cecil McKay, Marion McKay, John McKay and Edna McKay.
He is survived by: his parent Annie Jane Bull; and his sister Ella May Rutherford-Stuart of Calgary. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
