He was predeceased by: his parent William Bickle; and his brother-in-law Maurice Schmidt. He is survived by: his parent Edna Bickle (Miller); his wife Kathleen "Kaye" Wittig; his children, Tom (Kathy Bickle) and Jane (Andrew Fenton); his granddaughters, Erin Fenton (David Munro), Laura Fenton (Jesse Harold) and Elizabeth Fenton; his great grandchildren, Nash, Case, Crew Munro, Reid Harold and Ian Harold; his brother Eric Bickle; his sister-in-law Dorothy Bickle; his sister Illa Schmidt; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Wittig and Jane Wittig. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
