John Richards Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Richards of Tara, Ontario, who passed away on July 5, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy John leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlie Richards, Beth Cornett and Dorothy Richards; his brother-in-law Barry Cornett; and his parents, Lorne Richards and Florence Richards (McReynolds).

He is survived by: his brother Donald Richards (Marilyn) of Tara; his sister-in-law Doreen Richards of Scarborough; and his nephew Jack. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces and nephews, and his great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Diabetes Canada or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
