He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Smith and Hazel Smith; and his granddaughter Haylee. He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Storey); his children, Karrie-Ann, Alexander (AJ) and Michael (Jenn); his grandchildren, Kevin (Jessica), Nicole, Sajin, Charlie, Noah, Harper, Adelle, Cora and Quinn; and his great grandchildren, Zayne, Emma, Abigail and Jameson.

Donations to the lung association or the diabetes association will be appreciated.
