He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald MacDonald and Bertha MacDonald. He is survived by: his wife Elaine MacDonald; his children, Thomas (Chrissy Lees) of Harrowsmith and Margaret Van Den Oetelaar (Edwin) of Moscow; his grandchildren, Devany, Talia and Charles; and his siblings, Nancy Thompson (late Larry), Patrick (Catherine), Nora Hawley (Robert) and Paul (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations made to the Alzheimer Society or the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
