We bid farewell to Margaret Murphy of Tamworth, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 5, 2024 at the age of 83. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stafford Murphy and Eileen Dillon of Enterprise; her daughter Mary LeCain; and her brothers, Frank Murphy (Eileen), Donald (Irene) and Vincent (Evelyn).
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Johnston (Michael), Jacquie Lalonde and Laurie Ernst (Steve); the father of her children Jim LeCain; her grandchildren, Jordan Carter (Nate), Eric Johnston, Joel, Nick Lalonde, Melinda Hensman (Kyle), Madison, Cameron Ernst and Matthew Bibeau (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Cooper, Noah, Ivy Carter, Hailey Bibeau and Hannah Smith; and her siblings, Mary Rush (late Tim), Gerald Murphy (Benita), Anna Shane (late Murray), Loretta Bartsch (Donnie) and Joe Murphy (Mary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
