He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Tammy Holden; his children, Denis Holden (Shaye Murdoch-Holden) and Carolyn Holden; his parents, Keith Holden and Judy Holden; his siblings, Tony (Ruth), Bobby (Doreen) and Tina Holden (Tim Kidd); and his nieces and nephews, Leanne Morey (Kris), Krista Holden-Thompson (Mark), Amy Holden and Caitlyn Holden.
Memorial donations made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (UHKF) for the Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
