She was predeceased by: her spouse Ferguson Sherriff; her parents, Carrie Vandaline (Detlor) and Sherlie Wellington Haines; her sister Rita Sly; and her brother-in-law Carmon Sly.
She is survived by: her family, Earl Sly (Ilona), Karen Greatrix (Paul), Marsha Watson, Janet Sly and Paul Sly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
