He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Louisa Margaret Votary; his siblings, Clifford Votary, Irene Hartman, Bob Votary and Donna Meyers; his children, Randy Votary (Sandra), Judy Buckley (Dan) and Richard Votary; his grandchildren, Mae Pattemore (Phil), Brendan (Melissa), Kristin Buckley, Jon Buckley, Marty Votary, Garett Gruhl (Haley), Jemmah-Dawn Cotnam (Nick), Charity-Mae Catry (Sam) and Breanna Votary; his great grandchildren, Hudson, Ethan Kinnard, Wilson, River, Sawyer Buckley, Jada, Ava Sauve, Callie Buckley and Vivian Cotnam; and his family Bill.
