It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Simmons (Sydenham, Ontario), who passed away on May 5, 2018, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Jimmy (Debbie). She is survived by: her spouse Ray; and her children, Donna Shaw (Ralph), Debbie Wilton and Kim Sararas (Scott). She is also survived by her many siblings, nieces, nephews other family and friends.
